As the founder of Unconventional Ventures, Theodora focuses on developing and growing an ecosystem of financial institutions, corporates, entrepreneurs, and venture capitalists to better address the unmet needs of consumers, with keen interests in women and minority founders.
As part of her work, she regularly mentors FinTech and HealthTech startups and fosters a growing partnered portfolio. She was recently recognized as LinkedIn Top Voice for Economy and Finance in 2017, top FinTech, Digital Transformation, and AI influencer by Onalytica.
